Email Security for Business.

Your inbox is the biggest attack surface you have.

Over half of all cyberattacks arrive via email. Advanced AI-powered filtering, spoofing prevention, attachment sandboxing, and BEC detection, layered defences that stop threats before they land in your team's inboxes.

Email Is Attackers' Favourite Entry Point

It's direct, trusted, and difficult to fully block. The goal is to make sure everything that reaches your team is safe.

Phishing, malware attachments, and BEC are all delivered via the same channel your team trusts.

Defence Layers That Work Together

A single email security product isn't enough. KAVIX deploys and manages a layered approach: filtering, authentication, sandboxing, and monitoring working in concert to stop threats at every stage of the email chain.

We also configure and monitor DMARC, DKIM, and SPF for your domain, stopping attackers from impersonating your business when targeting your clients and partners.

  • AI-powered email filtering and spam prevention
  • DMARC, DKIM, and SPF configuration and ongoing monitoring
  • Attachment sandboxing: files detonated safely before delivery
  • Link rewriting and URL scanning at time of click
  • Business email compromise (BEC) detection
  • Impersonation and domain spoofing protection
  • Executive impersonation alerts
  • Quarantine management and false-positive resolution
  • Email continuity during outages

Three layers, applied to every message.

Filter

AI-powered filtering catches what rule-based systems miss, including novel phishing that doesn't match any known signatures. Adapts continuously to new attack patterns.

Authenticate

DMARC, DKIM, and SPF stop attackers spoofing your domain. Without these controls, anyone can send an email that appears to come from you, to your clients, your bank, or your staff.

Sandbox

Every attachment is detonated in an isolated environment before delivery. Malicious macros, PDFs, and executables are caught before they reach your team's machines.

What DMARC Actually Does (And Why It Matters)

DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance) is an email authentication protocol that tells receiving mail servers what to do when an email claims to be from your domain but fails authentication checks.

Without DMARC, attackers can send emails that appear to come from your domain to anyone, your clients, suppliers, or staff. With properly configured DMARC, those emails are rejected or quarantined automatically.

DMARC also gives you visibility into who is sending email on behalf of your domain, legitimate or otherwise, which KAVIX monitors and reports on monthly.

WITHOUT DMARC
  • Attackers can spoof your domain freely
  • Phishing emails appear to come from you
  • No visibility into email abuse
  • Clients deceived by fake invoices
WITH KAVIX EMAIL SECURITY
  • DMARC enforced, spoofed emails rejected
  • Full visibility into all domain senders
  • DKIM signatures verify email authenticity
  • SPF controls which servers can send as you
