Phishing Assessments & Training.

Find out who in your team would click the wrong link.

Phishing is the entry point for 90% of successful cyberattacks. The only way to know if your staff are vulnerable is to test them, before an attacker does.

Book a Phishing Assessment How It Works

Phishing Works. And It's Getting More Convincing.

Attackers rarely break in. They walk in through a link your staff clicked. AI-generated phishing emails are now near-indistinguishable from legitimate messages. Training that happened once, two years ago, isn't enough.

90%
of cyberattacks start with a phishing email

Phishing remains the single most effective attack vector against businesses of every size.

36%
average click rate on first-time phishing simulations

More than one in three employees will click a well-crafted phishing email on their first test.

70%
reduction in click rate after targeted training

Targeted, simulation-driven training cuts susceptibility and keeps it low.

Realistic Campaigns. Real Training.

We build and run phishing simulations that look like the attacks your sector faces: fake invoice requests, IT helpdesk impersonations, and Microsoft 365 credential prompts. Your staff receive them without warning, just as they would from a real attacker.

Every click, every credential entry, every report is logged. We then deliver targeted, just-in-time training to the individuals who need it most, rather than a generic e-learning module for the whole company.

Campaigns run on a schedule that suits you: quarterly for baseline assurance, or monthly for higher-risk environments. Every campaign ends with a full written report and a risk rating you can share with leadership.

  • Custom phishing templates mimicking real attacks in your sector
  • Staff click and credential entry tracking
  • Department-level reporting
  • Targeted follow-up training for those who clicked
  • Executive and board-level simulation (business email compromise)
  • Ongoing campaign schedule, quarterly or monthly
  • Full written report with risk rating

Three Steps to a More Resilient Team

Every phishing assessment follows the same cycle: simulate, measure, train. Repeated over time, this loop turns your staff from your biggest vulnerability into a real layer of defence.

Simulate

Real-world phishing scenarios built to target your industry: invoice fraud, HR impersonation, supplier compromise, Microsoft 365 credential harvesting, and business email compromise aimed at executives.

Measure

Track exactly who clicked, who entered credentials, and who reported the email as suspicious, broken down by individual, department, and seniority. Full data, no guesswork.

Train

Targeted training for vulnerable individuals, delivered in the moment they need it rather than months later. It focuses on what they got wrong, not generic compliance content.

What Your Phishing Report Includes

Every campaign produces a detailed written report you can share with your leadership team, board, or insurer. No jargon, just clear data, context, and recommended next steps.

For organisations running regular campaigns, we also provide trend data so you can demonstrate measurable improvement in your security posture over time.

  • Overall click rate across the organisation
  • Department-by-department breakdown
  • Credential submission rate (highest-risk indicator)
  • Reporting rate: staff who flagged the email
  • Trend comparison vs. previous campaign
  • Individual-level risk scoring for repeat clickers
  • Recommended training modules by role and risk level
  • Executive summary suitable for board-level presentation

One Test Isn't Enough

A single phishing simulation tells you where you stand today. A regular programme builds a culture of vigilance that compounds over time, and satisfies the requirements of cyber insurance, Cyber Essentials, and ISO 27001.

Cyber Insurance Requirements

More insurers are requiring evidence of regular phishing testing and awareness training. A documented programme, with trend data, can reduce your premium and strengthen your coverage terms.

Compliance & Certification

Phishing simulation and awareness training supports Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001, and GDPR obligations around staff training. We provide the documentation to support your audit.

Culture Change

The goal reaches past catching people who click. We help you build a team that questions suspicious emails on sight, reports them, and protects the business before IT even knows there is a threat.

What is anti-phishing testing?

Anti-phishing testing is the practice of sending your own staff controlled, realistic phishing emails to see who clicks, who hands over credentials, and who reports the attempt, then training the people who need it. The aim is to measure how your team responds to a phishing attack under safe conditions, and to bring that risk down over time. We build it into an ongoing programme rather than a one-off exercise, delivered as part of your managed IT support.

Also known as

Anti-phishing testing goes by several names. You may see it called phishing simulation, simulated phishing, phishing awareness testing, social engineering testing, or staff and employee phishing testing. They all describe the same exercise.

Know Where You're Vulnerable Before an Attacker Does.

Most businesses are surprised by how many of their staff click, and how few report it. A phishing assessment gives you real data to act on rather than assumptions.
