Copilot Works.
Most Deployments Don't.

Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 works. It's also disappointing when businesses buy licences and switch it on without any preparation. KAVIX deploys Copilot so your team uses it.

AI Built Into the Tools
Your Team Already Uses.

Microsoft Copilot for M365 sits inside Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It reads your emails, your documents, your meeting transcripts, and your calendar. It uses that context to help your team work faster.

Teams Summarises meetings in real time, drafts follow-up actions, and catches you up on conversations you missed.
Outlook Summarises email threads, drafts replies, and helps prioritise what actually needs your attention.
Word Drafts documents from a brief, rewrites sections, and summarises long documents into key points.
Excel Analyses data, builds formulas, identifies trends, and explains what the numbers mean in plain language.
PowerPoint Builds presentations from a Word document or a prompt. Suggests layouts and rewrites slide copy.
Microsoft 365 Chat Searches across all your M365 data to answer questions about your business: emails, files, meetings, and more.
SharePoint Finds information across your SharePoint sites and summarises documents without needing to open them.
Loop Generates content components collaboratively, suggests ideas, and keeps track of project progress.

Most Copilot Deployments
Fail for the Same Reasons.

Copilot licences cost £30 per user per month on top of your existing M365 subscription. At that price, a poor deployment costs money. At £30 per user per month, unused licences add up.

Data governance not done first

Copilot reads everything your users can access in M365. Before it goes live, your permissions need to be right. Businesses that skip this step find Copilot surfacing documents that were never meant to be widely seen.

No training or adoption plan

Licences get assigned, nobody explains what Copilot is good at, and most users try it twice and go back to what they know. The tool works. The rollout failed.

Wrong licences for the use case

Microsoft sells several Copilot products. Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Copilot for Security. Businesses often buy the wrong one, or buy all of them when they only need one.

The data governance problem is the most serious. Copilot uses your existing Microsoft 365 permissions to decide what it can access. If your SharePoint permissions are overly permissive, HR documents, board papers, and salary information can surface in Copilot responses to anyone with a licence. We fix this before Copilot goes anywhere near your data.

Copilot Deployed in
the Right Order.

The order matters. Data governance before deployment, training before licence assignment, measurement before renewal. Most businesses do all of this backwards and wonder why nobody's using it.

Before anything else

M365 Permissions Audit

We audit your SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams permissions. Overly permissive access gets tightened before Copilot touches your data. This step protects you and makes Copilot more useful. Better-structured data produces better responses.

02
Licence selection

Right Product, Right Users

We identify which Copilot product fits your use case and which users will get the most value. Assigning licences to the wrong people wastes budget and skews your adoption metrics.

03
Rollout

Phased Deployment with Training

We deploy to a pilot group first, run training sessions that show people what Copilot is good at in their specific roles, and gather feedback before rolling out to the wider team.

04
Ongoing

Adoption Tracking and Support

We monitor Copilot usage via the Microsoft 365 admin centre, identify users who aren't adopting, and provide targeted support so your licence spend is justified at renewal.

Licences Sitting Unused?
We Can Fix That.

If your business already has Copilot licences and the adoption numbers are low, the deployment didn't go as planned. It's fixable.

We audit your current deployment, identify the blockers, and run a targeted adoption programme. Most businesses see usage climb within four to six weeks of a structured intervention.

  • Usage analysisWe pull your Copilot usage data from the M365 admin centre and identify which users are active, which aren't, and which applications they're using it in.
  • Permissions remediationIf the data governance step was skipped, we go back and do it properly. Overly permissive SharePoint is a problem regardless of Copilot.
  • Role-specific trainingGeneric Copilot training doesn't stick. We run sessions built around how your specific teams work. A Copilot prompt for a finance team looks nothing like one for a sales team.
  • Prompt libraryWe build a business-specific prompt library your team can use as a starting point. The biggest barrier to Copilot adoption is people not knowing what to ask it.
